Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) with extensive experience equipping and empowering young people to understand, overcome and adjust to life’s circumstances. She creates a safe space to allow individuals to address root issues related to unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns. She is a member of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counseling Association and American Association of Christian Counselors. Prior to private practice, Meredith spent 13 years working with adolescents and young women in a variety of residential settings including a domestic violence shelter, a children’s group home, and residential treatment facilities.
